I am Jacki, a mother of 2, and soon to be wife! My children are my life and can't imagine spending a day without them. Kaitlyn is 4, and a ball of energy. She spends her days soaking up as much knowledge as possible. She makes me so proud to be her mother each and every day. Landen just turned 1 and is my little momma's boy. He's got a smile that just melts my heart and I love watching him grow and learn. My future hubby Jake and I have been together 6 wonderful years and I just can not wait to grow old with him by my side.
